As I Promised...I came back
(actually I didn't wanted to... but here I am! ._.)

First of All, The answer to the last question was....

"ARCADE FIRE" is a cannadian band that officially started in the summer 2002 , after the ex-band of one of the co-founder, Win Butler, dissolved, leaving him, his future wife and four other musicians (the actual members of the band) without A BAND... But just in time, Richard Reed began to collaboratewith them AND BAM!.. That's how everything started !

Arcade fire consists of the husband and wife duo of Win Butler and Régine Chassagne. Along with his brother Will and other musicians like Richard, Tim, Jeremy and Sara

MEMBERS OF THE BAND

Win Butler (born April 14, 1980) is the lead vocalist and songwriter of the Montreal-based indie rock band Arcade Fire. His wife Régine Chassagne and his brother William Butler are both members of the band.

Régine Chassagne is a Canadian multi-instrumentalist musician and singer, and one of the founding members. She is married to co-founder Win Butler.

William Pierce Butler (born October 6, 1982) is a multi-instrumentalist. William plays synthesizer, bass, guitar and percussion. He is the brother of Arcade Fire frontman Win Butler.

Tim Kingsbury is a Canadian musician. He plays bass guitar, guitar, and occasionally keyboards.Kingsbury also toured and recorded with Wolf Parade for a while as a bassist.

Jeremy Gara (born July 6, 1978) is a Canadian drummer originally from Ottawa, Ontario.

Sarah Neufeld (born August 27, 1979 on Vancouver Island, British Columbia) is a Canadian violinist and a member of the popular indie rock band Arcade Fire.

Richard Reed Parry (born October 4, 1977) is a Canadian multi-instrumentalist and composer.He plays double bass, celesta, keyboards, drums, guitar, and accordion.

A SONG **

HEY! amm... the assigment mr. Brett gave me, besides doing a little research, was to choose a song ...

Well I spent HOURS and HOURS reading every lyric! of every ArcadeFire's song I could find! ... the results were: there're NO song from this band that seems NORMAL...

Every lyric I read was even stranger then the last one! They seem to be a bunch of NONSENSES, ( there's a couple that talk about vampires and most of them, talk about death...or neighborhoods... in a very poetic way )

Anyway, I found one that seems to talk about death, I don´t really know, BUT I liked it because, even if the lyrics are kind of creepy, the rhythm is so*damn happy !!

*I actually think it's a metaphor of dead... but that's just my opinnion.

I didn't liked it at first 'cause i only read the lyrics, but then I found a video where David Grohl said that he listens to it everyday! and the Foo Fighters did a cover of it :D (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MDxcjukqISs&NR=1)..then I listened to the original one...

WAKE UP ! (it probbably should be called as SLEEP.. )

This is one of the first songs (actually it was the first) I listened, it's in the Soundtrack of "Where The Wild Things Are" and it's really peacefull, BUT I recommend you, DO NOT look up for the lyrics.. I bet they are about death... Whatever, listen and relax..
